HOW TO REGISTER

Please use the ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM.
After filling in your personal details, you will receive a password by e-mail that enables you to log-in and complete the registration.

Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent by email or fax within three working days. Please bring this letter to the conference and present it at the registration desk when you pick up your materials.

Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and payment are received by the Conference Secretariat on March 13, 2011 at the latest. If payment is received after this date, you will be responsible for the higher rate.

Registration forms received after May 18, 2011 cannot be processed. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after this date. You will have the possibility to register at the conference venue. The on-site registration will be available from May 22, 2011 (afternoon).

Industry Workshop

Xilinx University Program is pleased to announce a 2-day workshop (May 22 and 23, 2011) on DSP Primer. The workshop will be held at Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czechechnical University, Praha, Czech Republic. Click HERE for more information.

Space is limited, and registration required. To register, please click HERE. You can become a XUP member when asked for login name if you are not already a member. Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail confirming your registration.

Presenting papers

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate, with the payment received by the author registration deadline - March 13, 2011. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the Conference.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the Conference will not be included in the official proceedings.

Visa Requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to people who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding the visa requirements are in the section general-info/good-to-know/passport-and-visa-requirements.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid in USD by one of the following methods

In case you use other cards (Diners Club or American Express) your payment will be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) at the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 USD = 17,671 CZK (January 2011).

Please use our secure On-line Payment System available after login, or fill in a Credit Card Authorization Form, sign it, and fax it to +420-284 001 448; alternatively send a scanned copy of this form to the Conference Secretariat (icassp2011@guarant.cz).

The participant’s name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.

To simplify the identification of your payment please enclose a copy of your bank transfer with the registration form and send it to the Conference Secretariat by fax: +420 284 001 448.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received by April 16, 2011:	full refund of the registration fee less 50 USD handling fee
Cancellations received on or after April 16, 2011:	no refund

Name change

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 40 USD will be charged for each name change.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

For reservations after March 13, 2011: payment by bank transfer is possible only until May 7, 2011.

After this date only payment by credit cards will be accepted (you can either use the on-line payment system or send Authorisation form as mentioned below).
